Kressent Pottenger was awarded the SEIU 925 Research Fellowship by Wayne State University in 2012, and NYSUT’s Sandy Feldman Leadership grant for emerging female labor leaders in 2012. She serves as a union representative of the professional staff union at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
